This is a well constructed concrete and steel condo that was constructed when you could still have a sea wall. That is why it is a little closer to the water. The ocean front pool is always very clean and cool. The condo will be clean and well appointed when you arrive. The building is always very peaceful and this enables the guest to have good rest and relaxation. Security is on site in the evenings. My Condo is limited to 6 people- adults over 25 and their kids. Obviously there is no smoking in the condo or in the building. No family pets are allowed and the Home Owners Association does not allow motorbikes. I just request that my guest honor these items.
The property has gas grilles and picnic tables on the beach front levels. Great for family cookouts. The property also has a freshly redone professional quality tennis/pickleball court for your recreation.
