This 3 bedroom, corner unit, oceanfront condo is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina near the Golden Mile! The complex is oceanfront and in a highly beautiful area! You will appreciate being steps away from the ocean AND just a short drive away from shopping, eateries, attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer. Come experience Carolina Dunes!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Elevator available - 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad. End unit!



Kitchen: Entirely outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Kuerig coffee machine.



Family room: Renovated! Access to huge oceanfront balcony.



Bedroom 1: One king bed. Breathtaking vistas!



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.



Balcony: Roomy! Overlooks our charming coastline and complex pool!



Conveniences: The complex has an outdoor pool. HOA owned and operated. Pool is heated, as needed, March - October.



Beach: Directly beachfront! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide additional towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet).

The complex is located in an amazing section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, calming family vacation.

Getting Around:

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No family pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
