This bright and roomy beachfront condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and unbeatable location just steps from the sand. Savor simple beach access with no long walks carrying chairs or coolers, and spend your days swimming, building sandcastles, or soaking in the peaceful ocean vistas.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Elevator available. 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Entirely supplied - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Coffee machine.



Family room: Access to sizable balcony via sliding door doors.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 2 queen beds.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Stand up shower.



Bedroom 2: King bed.



Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.



Balcony: Roomy! Overlooks a complex pool.



Pool: The complex has a pool. Open seasonally at HOA discretion.



Beach: Walk out of the community and it's a short walk over to our impressive beach.



Other: Playpen, stroller, and pool towels supplied.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to the complex pool (when open, seasonally).



Getting Around:

Simple access parking lot -2 parking spots. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No family pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
