Take a look at this one of a kind, freshly refreshed, one bedroom oceanfront condo located on the 8th floor of the Landmark Resort! Offering all of the amenities of home, this property features a queen sized bed, a double bed, a murphy bed, and a sleeper couch, comfortably accommodating a total of 8 guests.

Guests will enter the condo into the bedroom area. This portion of the condo features a queen sized bed and a double bed. Guests will have a dresser to unpack and store their belongings, with a tv located on top for catching up on your favorite shows during your stay!

Just past the bedroom area is the full kitchen! This space offers gorgeous granite countertops and an abundance of top and bottom cabinets, making putting your groceries away a breeze. A stove and oven, mounted microwave, sink, dishwasher, and a full sized refrigerator are also available for your use. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional amount of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable in the area.

Across from the kitchen area is the bathroom. This bathroom has a unique layout that provides additional privacy and convenience. Entering the bathroom, guests will notice the granite vanity counter top and sink, with a huge mirror that spans across the entire wall. A toilet and modest cabinet are also available in here. There is another door that separates the sink and toilet area from the shower area. The shower is a shower/tub combination.

Further along into the condo, guests will make their way into the living area. This space is by far the most calming, and brightest portion of the condo! Guests will find the dining table which provides seating for four! There is a couch that folds out into a sleeper couch, located across from an entertainment stand will a wall mounted flat screen tv above it! An accent chair is available for additional seating, and a classy end table with a lamp provides an additional touch of comfortable ambiance. There is also a murphy bed, that folds down from the wall into a double sized bed. Off of the living area is the private balcony. Take a step outside and take in the striking direct oceanfront vistas!

The Landmark Resort itself is packed with amenities that make it a guest favorite year after year. You'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and more. Whether you're relaxing poolside, floating along the lazy river, or appreciating a soak in the hot tub, there's something here for everybody. Stay connected with complimentary resort cable and Wi-Fi, and appreciate the convenience of everything you need, all in one place.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
