The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-complimentary check in and the entrance-way is in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas.



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. 2 car max. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** There will be 3 flights of stairs before you enter. Self check-in with keypad access code.



Kitchen: Recently refreshed floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Roomy with plenty of seating. Sleeper couch.



A/C: Central HVAC system with painless to use control panel.



Bedroom 1: King bed! TV. Bathroom attached.



Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Porch: Peaceful area.



Beach: Short walk from complex! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the condo (other than locked owners closets) and the complex grounds.

A ideal central location in Myrtle Beach!



✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.5 miles



Getting Around:

The complex offers simple access parking for guests. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



No family pets. Max guest count is 6.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
