As a corner penthouse on the 19th and top floor, our upgraded, roomy 3BD/3BA condo offers an fresh ocean escape. The upsized, wrap-around balcony offers 234 sq-ft to appreciate ocean sunrises, family dinners, and a front-row seat to the beach below. Make our vacation home, your vacation home, like 100+ others have.

Three sliding glass doors give you balcony access from the master suite, the family room, and the dining room so that the ocean sights and sounds, up and down the beach, are always close by . Watch a ballgame on TV with your appreciated ones, nap anytime with blackout curtains throughout, or eat meals on the balcony while the beach beckons below you. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need: filtered water, plenty of dinnerware, glasses, cookware, and appliances.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom with unlimited hot water and their own intelligent TV. The master bedroom has a king bed; another bedroom has two queen beds; the other has a queen and an XL full (slightly longer than a standard full, great for taller guests). Striking granite countertops, 1,377 square feet of penthouse space, and a wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating provide one of the best vacation homes on the Golden Mile.

Next door: River City Cafe and Salt & Lime, a chic indoor/outdoor restaurant new in 2025 with great food and live music most evenings — audible from our balcony. A short walk gets you to Fiesta Mexicana for Mexican food, live music, and karaoke nights that go late. Several other eateries and stores, including Crave, Liberty Taproom, Starbucks, Publix, and Bojangles, are within walking distance, and many others are just an Uber or short drive away.

We're continuously upgrading to keep the condo fresh and fun. New in 2025: interior doors and hardware, microwave, additional intelligent TVs, furnishings updates, and an in-sink water filter. You'll also find keypad door entry, board games, puzzles, books, DVDs, and enough linens so nobody's doing laundry on vacation. We've made this our second home — and hope that it will feel like yours.

When requested and confirmed, late check-out or early check-in may be accommodated for an additional fee. An unconfirmed late check-out or early check-in will incur a $50 minimum fee to be withheld from your security deposit. Our cleaning service is under a time constraint to get the condo ready for our next guests. We savor your cooperation.
