For check in there is a coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter. Free parking. The Landmark Resort water amenities that are heated during the off season include a Generous Pool Deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a Substantial Oceanfront Pool, an Oceanfront Whirlpool, a 300 foot Outdoor Lazy River Ride, a Substantial Indoor Pool Complex with plenty of lounge chairs, a Grand Indoor pool with a Fountain, 5 Indoor Whirlpools, a 300 foot Indoor Lazy River Ride, a Kiddie Indoor Fun Pools with Water Fall Mushrooms, a Enormous Kiddie Indoor Pool and a Kiddie Indoor Lazy River. Other amenities are a Video Arcade, a Guest Laundry Facility, and Myrtle Beach's only enclosed crosswalk over Ocean Boulevard that leads from the resort to the parking garage.

--Guest must return security card at the end of their stay to the room.
- There is a $50 fee for security passes not returned
-if booking after 7 PM Eastern standard time on the same day as arrival guest must 1st contact us before booking

4. Endless supply of pool towels located though out the resort
5. Beach chairs, Umbrella and beach toys, However we can not guarantee their condition or them being there.
6. Starter Package That contains the following:
•One roll of paper towels
•One roll of toilet paper
•Bar Soap per faucet
•One additional trash bag
•Liquid Dish Detergent
