• You're also welcome to appreciate the community outdoor pool, charcoal grilling station, picnic area, on-site coin laundry, and beach access.



• Park up to 2 cars in the building's front lot using the 2 parking passes in the condo.



• Your unique door code will be sent before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo and let yourself in.

Tucked into the casual, beach-town side of Myrtle Beach in Arcadian Shores, this condo offers a quieter setting while keeping you close to the action. You're a short drive from golf, coastal dining, shopping, and favorite Grandiose Strand attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to discover the Grand Strand, and complimentary on-site parking for 2 cars is supplied. From North Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island, it's painless to get out and savor the area. Ride-share services are also available.



Other Things to Note:

▶︎ Parking

• Free parking for up to 2 passenger cars in the building's front lot. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your cars at all times.

• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorbikes, buses, trikes, watercraft, or upsized or commercial cars on the property. Unauthorized cars may be towed.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• The HOA requires the primary guest to be 25 or older.



▶︎ Pet Allergen Notice

• This condo doesn't allow family pets, but dogs have been in the unit before. If you have pet allergies or sensitivities, please keep this in mind before booking.



▶︎ Security Cameras

• There are security cameras in the building's main hallways. There are no cameras inside the condo.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine HOA pest control is scheduled every other month. Please allow access for the scheduled service.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
