The Space:

Your next vacation spot? Myrtle Beach Resort! This unit is on the first floor (ramp accessible) - it will only take a few mins. to walk to the beach. The resort has amenities galore - which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, playground and more!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



PLEASE NOTE: The resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per car, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking prices are as follows:

- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December

- $100 per month during April through September

For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.



Entry: 1st floor - ramp accessible. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.



Family room: Cavernous! Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Peak of the ocean!



Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Attached bathroom.



Bathroom 1: Full bathtub and shower.



Bedroom 2: Double & twin in bunk style!



Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower in the hallway.



Balcony: Very cavernous (elongated!) and private balcony with peak of the ocean!



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: On-site laundry machines are located just steps from your unit down the hallway. Cost is $4.00 per load. Please note that none of the new machines accept cash or coins. You must download the app, then either scan the QR code or enter the machine number located on the unit to start the cycle.

Getting Around:

Guests can walk anywhere on the resort (beach, amenities, etc.). The complex has painless access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens on the third Wednesday of every other month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

Max guest count is 5.
