Stunning and comfortable condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*3rd floor, must climb stairs.

*Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Very roomy condo.

* 1 King bed, 1 pullout couch in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. Pet fee is $75 per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer). All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*No mailbox for this location

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool access with key fob. .

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
