Smoking inside the home is stringently prohibited. Please smoke outside and ensure you dispose of waste properly, not in the yard or on the outdoor furnishings. ????No family pets allowed. ???? We provide fresh linens and a starter supply of paper products and cleaning items. Also supplied are closet hangers, laundry baskets, iron & ironing board???? ???? High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.???? Self check-in with a intelligent lock—code will be included before your stay. ???? We kindly ask guests to follow our checkout and light cleaning instructions before departure. ⚠️ For your safety: no running, diving, or rough play if your stay includes use of a pool or deck area. Monthly Units will be required to sign a lease agreement for the term or the stay. Bi Weekly/Monthly Cleanings are required for stays longer than one week.
