You’ll have full private access to the entire condo, private balcony, and all Holiday Sands South resort amenities, including pools, lazy river, hot tubs, beach access, exercise center, and complimentary covered parking.



• Primary guest must be 25+ (ID required for all booking confirmations)

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the registered guest

• Access will be denied without proper identification (no refunds for failure to meet check-in requirements)



Motorcycle Bicycle Week Policy

• Motorcycles are only allowed during official Bicycle Week dates and are considered the one (1) allowed car for the reservation. Motorcycle license plate information must be included prior to or at check-in for parking registration. (Message to confirm dates!)



**No bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, motorbikes, busses, trikes, watercraft, upsized cars or commercial cars - all subject to fines/towing at guest expense

When you’re ready to discover, you’re mins. from fresh seafood and live music at Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, shopping and parks at Market Common, plus Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, golf, dining, and top attractions + experiences. Ride shares are quick and easy if you prefer not to drive.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple. Parking passes for two cars are supplied, and rideshare services are widely available (using personal apps). Most eateries and attractions are just a quick 5–15 min. drive, making it easy to discover or stay close to the beach.



Other Things to Note:

• This is a non-smoking, pet-complimentary condo and resort. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

• This privately owned condo is thoughtfully maintained for guests, and we appreciate respectful use during your stay.



• We’re available daily from 6AM–11PM to assist with anything you need. Planning a late arrival? Please let us know in advance so we can ensure smooth entry. Messages received overnight may have a delayed response.
