Welcome to our relaxing getaway! The condo, along with the entire building, is privately owned by a local family, creating a peaceful and exclusive ambiance. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide a comfortable and calming stay. Rather than staying in a busy high-rise surrounded by strangers, you`ll appreciate a calming space designed for rest and relaxation.

The condo features one private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. To help set expectations, there is no traditional living room or second bedroom. Instead, we`ve created a versatile additional room that serves as an additional living and sleeping area. This space includes a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) and a couch bed, making it ideal for families or modest groups while maximizing both comfort and functionality.

A peaceful place in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just 3 mins. from the beach and just off The Pavilion. It’s the closest property to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (just an 8 min. walk)! Savor simple access to everything you need - beach, stores, food, mini golf and much more.

The location is within walking distance to everything you need and having a designated parking space also makes it painless to bring your car! It`s less than 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

You will have full access to your condo. There is metered street parking that is available right in front of the condo. A fee may apply during the season.

This unit is on the ground floor.

✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-returnable damage waiver included by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
