HH15 went through a major renovation and is now one of our premier properties. The condo was completely repainted and crown molding was added throughout. Kitchen was modernized and has all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a tray ceiling with ambient lighting. The giant skylight in the kitchen makes this a bright and sunny kitchen year round. Both bathrooms were completely redone with new vanities, modern walk-in showers and handsome coastal tile. The entrance entryway, hallway, and kitchen have all new hexagon tiles. All new furnishings in the bedrooms and living room with elegantly selected artwork throughout. The dining room table has seating for six + two at the bar. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and vanity, 2 nighttime stands, wall sconce lighting, 50" TV, bespoke blinds, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony.
