• Park up to 2 cars on-site using the 2 parking passes in the condo.

• Your unique door code will be sent before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo and let yourself in.

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to discover the Grand Strand, and complimentary on-site parking for 2 cars is supplied. It's a short drive to the beach, golf, eateries, and attractions. Ride-share services are also available in the area.

• Free parking for up to 2 passenger cars. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your cars at all times.
• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorbikes, buses, trikes, watercraft, or upsized or commercial cars on the property. Unauthorized cars may be towed.

▶︎ Age Requirement
• The HOA requires the primary guest to be 21 or older.

▶︎ Pest Control
• Routine HOA pest control is done monthly. Please allow access for the scheduled service.

▶︎ Beach Gear
• Beach gear isn't supplied, but seasonal chair and umbrella units are available on the beach.
