In an effort to preserve the relaxing, laid-back feel of our neighborhood, The City of Myrtle Beach has thoughtfully limited the supply of public parking in our neighborhood. Appealingly, for our guests, this means miles beach with less hordes, greater safety and less chaos. This is a space where you can savor a more relaxing and rejuvenating beach hideaway complete with the security of a seasonal lifeguard within sight. While still very centrally located and conveniently, only mins. away from all of Myrtle Beach's world-class golf courses, eateries, shopping and our other countless attractions, when your day is done, you'll enjoy calming, restful nights as you fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the sea.

• The building has an elevator; however, there is a short flight of stairs (6–8 steps)
required to access it
• Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request
• The pool is not heated
• Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines
• Kids must be supervised at all times in pool areas
• The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is roughly 3–4 miles (about a 10-min. drive)
south of the condo

Parking
* Since public parking is limited, you'll enjoy a less busy, more peaceful
area of beach
• One dedicated parking space assigned to the unit
• Please only park in the assigned space to avoid towing
• Additional first-come, first-served parking available in the front brick area
• No motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, RVs or upsized cars allowed

Booking & Occupancy:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property
for the duration of the stay
