This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golf carts.

**Richeson Properties charges a third event fee if you book through Vacation Rental By Owner and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
