This unit features a humongous Great Room that has a dining area that can seat up to 10, thanks to its extension dining table, a sizable and comfortable sectional couch with two swivel accent chairs in the living area, plus a separate seating area in the Parlor, which has a queen-sized sleeper couch and a writing nook! The kitchen is appealing with its honey-colored cabinets, splendid granite and matching stainless-steel appliances, it’s also entirely outfitted with cookware and silverware. Directly off the kitchen is the Utility Room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and an additional entrance.
All bedrooms have new furnishings and beds: the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with all new linens, a new headboard, writing desk, and side tables. The massive ensuite bathroom with its jetted soaker tub and separate shower has been touched up too. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and all new furnishings; this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the main balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, all new furnishings and a shared ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 additional-long twins that can be combined into a king, and like the rest, this bedroom has all new furnishings! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, plus a 75” Intelligent TV in the Great Room. The balcony has astounding 25th floor ocean front vistas of the beach and ocean, you can sit out on the patio and savor the sounds of the waves crashing in below!
Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach.
