The Space:

Appreciate the completely outfitted eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room making this the ideal place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv w/premium cable, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds with a separate shower room and vanity/toilet room so 2 family members can get ready at the same time. Book your family's next hideaway with us!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be included 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with painless access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional eateries and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can walk the nighttime away with the whole family.



Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are supplied with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all supplied in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not supplied in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
