This condo is in a laid back community that is also family friendly. Ideal for guests who want to relax with the whole family and discover the South Strand from Surfside Beach down through Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet "The Seafood Capital of SC"



The Space:

Feel the comfort of a split-level condominium designed for privacy and relaxation. The open-concept living area welcomes you, while each of the two bedrooms offers its own private sanctuary. The primary suite, located on the lower level, features a opulent king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft suite features two full-size beds and a convenient walk-in closet, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath for guests located in the downstairs space. Savor preparing meals in the entirely equipped kitchen and savor your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Please note that the Grand Palms Resort amenities are not available to our guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be supplied 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with simple access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional eateries and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can walk the nighttime away with the whole family.



Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are outfitted with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all supplied in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
