Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. They can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kids pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to many stores, eateries, and more.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you 1 day prior to check in. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not supplied by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
