Guest Access:

Resort Fee: A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort amenities, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Note: Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort property. Up to 2 cars can park at no charge. 3rd car will be allowed but with a $10 per car/ day parking fee, payable at the resort.

Family Units Only – Wavecrest Beach Vacations only rents to families and family groups

Smoking Prohibited – No smoking inside, on balconies, or in any common areas. Strictly enforced; $500 fine applies

No Animals Accepted

No Motorcycles, Trailers, Golf Carts, RVs, or Travel Trailers

No Parties or Events – Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM

Keep Unit Tidy – Please leave the condo neat. Report any damage to Wavecrest Beach Vacations at

No Daily Housekeeping – Washer and dryer supplied for guest use



IMPORTANT:

min. Occupancy: 6 guests (stringently enforced by the HOA). Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $250 per guest, per day, and may result in immediate eviction.
