The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for families, couples, or modest groups. A sleeper couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

• This is a third-floor walk-up (no elevator). Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors.
• Quiet hours are observed per complex guidelines.
• No smoking inside the condo.
• No family pets.
• No trucks one ton or bigger, RV’s, trailers, and boats (will be removed at Car Owner’s Expense).
• No motorbikes with the exception of owners. One time permit is required.
