Welcome to your golf-themed hideaway, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the peaceful, gated Waterway Village community beside the World Tour Golf Course. This ground-floor getaway overlooks the golf course and surrounding greenery from every window, creating a relaxing ambiance that’s ideal for calming. With no stairs and simple access, it’s a comfortable and convenient escape for any type of stay.

When you walk in, the kitchen is to your left. It’s completely equipped with cookware, silverware, modest appliances, and pantry basics. The washer and dryer are close by for your convenience, and a starter supply of coffee, paper goods, and laundry pods is supplied to help you settle in with ease.

The living area feels warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, a huge Intelligent TV, and plenty of natural light. The queen pull-out couch adds additional sleeping space for guests. Board games and books are available for cozy evenings in.
We include a yellow State Park pass for guest use, which gives complimentary entry for one car into all South Carolina State Parks. Kindly return it to the condo after your visit so it remains available for future guests.

Each bedroom has been designed with your comfort in mind. Both include luxury linens, additional blankets, and Intelligent TVs. The master suite features a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and additional sheets for the pull-out couch can be found there. The second bedroom is where you’ll find the pickleball gear for guests to appreciate during their stay.

Step outside to the private patio and take in the golf course vistas. Beach supplies are also available, including four beach chairs, two body boards, a beach mat, an umbrella with anchor, and beach towels. Please be sure to brush off any sand before bringing items back inside.

Guests have full access to Waterway Village’s resort-style amenities, including the outdoor pool, indoor pool, relaxing hot tub, and pickleball courts.

how to enter Waterway Village: pull up to the gate choose 8C and it will call me. I will approve it and the gate will open. Once you are inside the condo, by the welcome basket are parking passes & a white card. put the white card in your car for the gate to open automatically. Please put the white card back in the condo to avoid additional costs.
I have also supplied a yellow State Park Parking Pass for you to use. This pass accepts one car to enter any South Carolina State Park for complimentary! please return to unit after use to avoid fee.
Washer and dryer are complimentary to use, and I have supplied multiple pods to get you started.
To use the washer, load clothes, add detergent, turn it on and pick a setting.

To use the dryer, load items, pick a setting and pull knob to start.

Kitchen: the kitchen is entirely equipped with all the tools and cookware you’ll need.

Garbage: I have left garbage bags for your use under the kitchen sink. Please remove all garbage from the condo and place in the receptacles just outside by the parking area.

Extra Bed: the blue couch in the living room has a pull-out bed. There are sheets blankets and pillows in the closet in the master bedroom.

Beach items:
in the closet in the kitchen, I’ve supplied numerous beach items for your enjoyment.
Several adult size beach chairs, body boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, beach mat and cooler.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please don’t take bath towels to the beach.

Rules:
1. No Parties or sizable gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 6 max. guests
*definitely no glitter, will result in $500 fee
AT CHECKOUT:
All dishes should be washed or put in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave. Remove all food from refrigerator and throw away trash.
