Modern Comforts: Heat & AC throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, Intelligent TV, completely equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot), and in-unit washer/dryer.

Outdoor Living: Gas grille available for guest use (please clean and cover before departure).

Linens supplied with cleaning fee: Bed sheets and bath towels are supplied. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels.



Parking & Policies

Parking: Ocean Lakes requires a car pass for each car entering through the security gate. Passes can be purchased upon arrival at the main entrance for $15 per car, per day, and paid directly to Ocean Lakes. This is not included in your rental.

For a smoother arrival, you can complete an Express Check-in form at least 14 days prior to your stay. This accepts you to purchase your car passes in advance and enter without stopping at the main gate.

Private parking for 2 cars + the golf cart. Additional overflow parking available at Ocean Lakes for an additional fee.

Summer Bookings: Weekly units only (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guidelines: This is a stringently smoke-complimentary and vape-complimentary home. In accordance with Ocean Lakes Family Campground policy, we do not rent to home events or individuals under the age of 25.
