Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, appreciate walks on the beach, swims in the pools, onsite eateries. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: Several water amenities at Bayview will be undergoing repair and maintenance work. Monday 02/16/26 Evening to Friday 02/20/26 Evening. The Spa (Replaster), Lazy River (Acid Wash) & Kiddie Pool (Acid Wash) will be Closings for Repairs

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

NOTE: NO WASHER/DRYER IN THE UNIT- NOT WORKING

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.
