As of Fall 2024, the kitchen has received striking updates including gorgeous granite countertops, a brand new backsplash, and a stone feature wall wrapping the outside of the peninsula. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Guests will also find dishes, cookware, silverware, and silverware, making cooking meals or snacks a breeze. A modest table with chairs is conveniently located close by for dining.

To the right of the entrance, guests will find the main living space. This is by far the most calming part of the entire condo. This open and inviting space highlights the amazing northern facing ocean vistas from the 22nd floor. The living area features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser for storage, wall mounted TV, queen sleeper couch, comfortable seating, and thoughtfully arranged furnishings ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Sizable windows allow natural light to pour in while showcasing handsome vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The private bathroom is located just off the bedroom and includes a tub shower combo, sink, mirror, and toilet.
