**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**

**Renter agreement needs to be finished and signed**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**

**Finest way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings sent after a certain time will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas. **

**This is a pet-complimentary resort, no family pets allowed**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**
