This condo has its own private balcony, and past guests have spotted dolphins and handsome sunsets! Recent updates include new carpeting, new furnishings, new kitchen cabinets, impressive tile backsplash, fresh paint, and beautiful decor!

As of Spring 2020, this unit has been completely updated, featuring new laminate floor, new platform storage beds, new blackout curtains, bespoke-constructed surfboard dining table and stools, beautiful wainscot wall paneling, beachy decor, and SO much more. The lanterns above the bed actually light up and is a ideal nighttime light! Guests will also enjoy a twin-sized trundle bed, which is ideal for a 5th guest. In addition to the beautiful living space, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also enjoy having access to a mini kitchen within the apartment. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, granite surfaces, microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is completely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you will need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
