This condo is completely furnished with 1 king bed and 1 full-size sleeper couch, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Guests appreciate their own private balcony, ideal for calming and taking in the ocean vistas.

As of Spring 2023, this vacation rental has been completely remodeled with beautiful updates we're excited to share! All carpeting was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank floor throughout. New baseboards were installed, and the entire unit was repainted in modern, welcoming colors. Guests will appreciate the color-changing LED fireplace and new flat-screen intelligent TV mounted directly above.

A brand-new bespoke king-size bed frame, headboard, and bed were added, along with a new full-size sleeper couch, dressers, pub table and bar stools, artwork, bespoke lighting, and plants. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Whether relaxing on the couch by the fire or appreciating the private oceanfront balcony furnished with new chairs, guests will find plenty of comfortable spots to relax.

No expense was spared during this remodel—out with the old, in with the new! The kitchen, located just off the main living space, has been completely upgraded to showcase a modern look. It features all-new white cabinets, granite countertops, a kitchen island with bar stools, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. While coffee is not available in the lobby, guests will have everything they need in the condo to make both hot and iced coffee. The island seating area also includes a multi-outlet/USB port unit, making it the ideal workstation if needed.

For those who prefer dining out, multiple eateries are within a short walk or drive from the Landmark. Delivery options such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also fashionable. A Walmart freshly opened just a couple of blocks away, making it simple to stock the cabinets and refrigerator with food and snacks. The unit also offers microwave-safe cookware, making reheating leftovers a breeze.

Just behind the kitchen, you'll find the bathroom, featuring a toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo. A new makeup mirror was added close by, along with a full-length mirror, stool, and counter area with an AC plug—an ideal spot to get ready while freeing up the bathroom for others.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after resort for visitors. Guests will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and much more. Basic resort cable, Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking are also supplied.

Please note: While our guests have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, the arcade, complimentary parking, and direct beach access, they are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, the water features across the street, or the lobby coffee bar. Many guests have mentioned they were still able to use these restricted amenities without issue, but we cannot advertise them. Our prices reflect these restrictions, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

The Landmark Resort is conveniently located near many of Myrtle Beach's most trendy attractions, including Family Kingdom (0.8 mi), the Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and it's just 2 miles from the airport.
