Guest Access
During your stay, savor full access to Grand Atlantic's resort conveniences, including the outdoor pool, lazy river, exercise center, game room, and direct beach access. Onsite conveniences also include a seasonal convenience store and Scooby's Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar located at the front of the building. As a guest, you'll also find close by public beach access ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or beachcombing.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
