There’s even space to park your RV or boat trailer.

Inside, savor bright, modern interiors filled with natural light. Unwind in the roomy living room with a huge TV, or prepare up your favorite meals in the entirely equipped kitchen. Each bedroom offers plush comfort for a great nighttime’s rest( each bedroom has a TV available) while the primary suite features its own TV and private bath with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, experience true indoor-outdoor living! The screened porch includes a relaxing hot tub, multiple dining areas, and a comfortable lounge with game tables, TVs, and a kitchenette—ideal for entertaining. A microwave and an electric grille, sizable capacity refrigerator is available on the 1st floor for your poolside snacks, drinks or grilling.

Step outside to the upper deck or the covered porch and take in striking vistas of the waterway, Ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks under the ambient lights. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular!!

The Pool is ideal for relaxing and relaxing!! FYI it’s not a lap pool lol The ocean is just a few miles away if you want to exercise!!
Generous umbrellas are available for your use too! The pool can be heated for an additional fee. (Pool cannot be heated in the winter months. The hot tub can be heated if it’s above 50 degrees for a fee)

Things to Know:
- Pool heat available upon request (Apr 1–Dec 1; $125 per stay). During winter, only the hot tub is heated. ( $125 per stay. )
- Outdoor elevator accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Ideal for hauling in the groceries!
- Free parking for up to 6 cars.
- Digital door code supplied before check-in.
- No family pets allowed.
- Guests must be 25+ to book.
- Please respect peaceful hours; after 10pm. This is a family-friendly, noise-sensitive neighborhood.
- Outdoor cameras are on the property! For safety/insurance concerns. They face the intracoastal waterway that overlooks the pool deck and dock and boat ramp. A camera also faces the entrance door access and may have a view of the hot tub. The parking lot and front of the home has camera coverage as well.
