Welcome to your home away from home. This elegantly refreshed ground-level condo in the charming Magnolia Pointe community of Myrtle Beach is the ideal spot for your next vacation. Whether you're planning a family trip, a friends' hideaway, or a calming coastal escape, this roomy three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable stay.

The unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features a thoughtful bedroom layout. The master suite includes a king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers a full or queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. Each room is attractively decorated and designed for both comfort and function.

In the fall of 2024, all carpeting was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank floor throughout the condo. This beautiful update has brought a fresh, modern look to the space, and we're excited to share it with our guests.

The open-concept living area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Myrtle Beach. Unwind on the comfortable couch, loveseat, or accent chair while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable. Generous windows let in natural light and offer relaxing vistas of the pond, which you can appreciate from your private balcony just off the living area.

The entirely equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, double sink, and generous cabinet space. We've included all the essentials you'll need to prepare meals, including cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a enormous table and chairs, ideal for gathering around to share a meal. For those who prefer to dine out, there are many eateries just a short walk or drive away. Popular delivery services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also available in the area.

The first guest bedroom, located just behind the kitchen, features two twin beds, a T.V., two cavernous closets, a nightstand, and a dresser. This space is ideal for two guests. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a full or queen bed, a TV, nightstand, and dresser, and offers access to a shared bathroom through a convenient Jack-and-Jill style door system. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity with cabinet storage, and a modest cabinet above the toilet for additional space. Just outside the bathroom, a washer and dryer are tucked neatly behind folding doors, making laundry during your stay simple and convenient.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, and complimentary on-site parking.
