The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This appealing apartment, located on the second floor, offers a comfortable and beautiful getaway. The roomy primary bedroom features a extravagant king-size bed, ensuring a restful nighttime's sleep. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper couch, complete with a premium bed. The entirely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the patio, accessible from the living room, and savor your morning coffee or evening drinks in a calming setting. This apartment is ideal for couples or modest families.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire apartment. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code is included 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the highly sought after Deerfield community of Surfside, this condo is about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. Deerfield is ideally positioned between Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business with 4 grocery stores within 2 miles of the location as well as plenty of delicious dining options.



Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are outfitted with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all supplied in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not supplied in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
