The Space:

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" intelligent tv, walk in closet and private en suite bath with hallway access. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and 35" intelligent tv with a private bath including a stand up shower. The kitchen is completely outfitted for any home cooked meals with a dining table for 4 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Comfortably appointed furnishings and a 55" Intelligent TV make the living room very comfortable for 4. There is a beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool deck which contains grilles and smokers and outdoor dining areas both poolside and grille side.

The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an attractively located, peaceful and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be nearly anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 mins.! Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is supplied with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more delightful.
