The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located at the Compass Cove Mariner Tower in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is completely furnished, and the layout will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!

As of 2024, this property has undergone some renovations and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, brand new LVP floor was installed throughout the entire unit. The whole space was newly painted with welcoming colors, and features an accent wall with an electric fireplace. All cabinets were replaced and granite countertops were installed in the kitchen. The bathroom vanities were changed out as well! We are sure that our guests will savor this freshly refreshed space!

Upon entering the condo guest will find the first bedroom directly to the right of the entry door. This bedroom is entirely furnished with a queen bed and will accommodate 2 guests. This room also features 2 nightstands, as well as a flat screen TV.

The second bedroom is located down the hall to the left of the first bedroom. This bedroom features two full sized beds, a nightstand, a dresser for storage, a flat screen TV and a window for natural light. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

Centrally located in this condo, our guests will find the kitchen and washer and dryer. The washer and dryer is a stackable laundry center that has been such a great feature for our guests.

The kitchen is very open and roomy, and cooking meals with an oceanfront view isn't too bad! The kitchen features all full-size appliances including: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a microwave. The kitchen also offers completely outfitted cabinets with plentiful cabinet space for storage. In addition, our guests will appreciate modest appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. There are hundreds of award-winning eateries within a short walk / ride from the resort, and many of them offer delivery and take-out options. Food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash are very fashionable services in the Myrtle Beach area!

Located just across the hall from the kitchen is the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a full-size shower/tub, vanity, tile floor, and is fully supplied with towels and washcloths.

The living room is located on the oceanfront side of the apartment and offers countless oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is furnished with a flat screen TV, coffee table, two end tables, an accent chair, couch and a appreciate seat. Between the living room and kitchen, guests will have access to a full-size kitchen table and chairs that will accommodate 6 guests. Our guests can also access the oceanfront balcony from the living room.

Just off from the living room is the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dresser, two nightstands, a closet for storage and a flat screen TV Guest will also have access to the master bathroom. This bathroom features a full-size shower/tub combo and a vanity. This master suite also gives access to the direct ocean front balcony. So many of our guests have commented on how AMAZING it is to wake up to an oceanfront view every morning!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
