** Minimum Age Requirement: We welcome guests aged 25 and older. This policy helps us prevent unauthorized gatherings or events, which are not allowed at the property.

** Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be supplied in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of CAD 100 per guest per nighttime will apply for any undisclosed guests.

** Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

** Crib & High Chair:
We provide one high chair and one crib for guests. Please note that crib sheets are not included for safety reasons, so you’ll need to bring your own.

** Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy apartment, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not supplied unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

** No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-event property. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the rooftop terrace.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

** If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This accepts us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional costs for rescheduling our cleaning team.
