• We provide Compass Cove guests with pool wristbands and parking passes. Keycards are also supplied. Guests do not need to go to the front desk for this.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM
• No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited in rooms and non-designated areas; expect hefty fines if violated.
• No Family Animals: Most hotels don't allow family pets unless specified.
• No Illegal Items: Do not bring weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking tons.
• House events and illegal substances are stringently prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
