You will appreciate our ultra private balcony. We are one of only 10 units at St. Johns Inn that face South so you can appreciate the late afternoon evening sun. (2nd FLoor- no one beneath you). Our balcony does not look over to any other condo unit balconies. Very private. If you look to the east you will get a glimpse of the striking blue Atlantic ocean, and if you look to the west you will see striking marsh vistas and perhaps even a sunset. There is a modest creek that runs directly in front of the balcony that separates your condo a multi-million dollar privately owned home. Much more peaceful and peaceful then balconies looking back at each other. The Outdoor Pool and Hot tub is located just steps away directly behind the condo. Beach access is just across the street. (3-5 min. walk). PERFECT.
