The space
This is a privately owned oceanfront condominium offering a self-directed stay experience. While the building has on-site staff available for building operations and security, there is no dedicated front desk or concierge service for guest support. Guests appreciate full privacy and independence throughout their stay, with self check-in and self-managed accommodations—ideal for families and groups seeking a casual, home-style beach experience.
Rental dates:

Beach Access:
• Brigadune's prime location accepts you to step directly from the property onto the pretty, wide sandy beach.
Resort Conveniences:
• Guests have access to an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), a picnic area, gas Bar-B-Que grilles and 3 beach level patios.
Additional features include elevators, secure lobby access, and 24-hour on-site security. Please note that while the resort offers many amenities, certain facilities may be subject to availability and seasonal hours.
During peak season, beach umbrellas and chairs are available to rent.
The following information and rules are supplied and enforced by Brigadune Condominiums on-site HOA.
2 PARKING PASSES available per unit.
- Parking passes are required. Vehicles without passes will be towed.
- Handwritten notes are NOT valid.
- Parking passes for rental guests are issued by your rental agent, not the Brigadune office.
- Handicap cars must have proper validation.
- Valid passes must have unit #, arrival date, and departure date.
- Only owners and guests staying at the Brigadune may park in the lot.
- Only owners may have boats, motorbikes, mopeds, golf carts, motor homes, or trailers.
- Owners may NOT have trailers or motor homes during June, July, and August.
FAMILY PETS
- Rental guests may NOT have family pets at the Brigadune.
- Service animals must be registered in the office.
- Pet waste must be removed by the pet owner and disposed of properly.
- Do not put pet waste in the lobby trash can.
NOISE
- No loud music or noise is allowed.
- Noise must be confined to the interior of the unit.
- Guests causing a disturbance after 11 p.m., may be evicted from the building.
PARTIES
- No home events allowed.
- Unit occupancy is limited to registered guests only from 10 p.m to 7 a.m.
FIREWORKS
- Fireworks are not allowed on Brigadune property.
- Offenders are subject to arrest by Horry County Police.
POOL AREA AND LOUNGE CHAIRS
- Pool rules are posted. Please observe the rules.
- Kids must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their kids.
- No glass containers allowed inside the pool enclosure.
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside the pool enclosure.
- Only floats for modest kids and infants are allowed in the pool.
- Diapers are not allowed per DHEC regulations.
- Loungers and chairs may not be removed from the pool area or the property.
- Showers and hoses are for cleaning off sand only.
ELEVATORS
- Do not play or jump in elevators.
- Do not play with buttons or doors.
- Do not overload elevators
CHILDREN
- Parents are responsible for their kids at all times.
BALCONIES, RAILINGS, AND HALLWAYS
- Do not hang anything on balcony railings.
- No cooking, grilling, or open flames allowed on balconies or ground floor patios.
- Do not feed the birds while on Brigadune property.
- Do not store items in hallways, lobby, or entrance areas.
LUGGAGE AND SHOPPING CARTS
- Carts are not allowed in units.
- Carts must be returned to cart room. Do not leave carts outside units or by elevators.
SMOKING/VAPING
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the lobby, elevators, exercise rooms, owners’ lounge, pool enclosure and adjoining areas.
LOBBY DOORS ARE LOCKED FROM 10 P.M. TO 7 A.M. ENTRY IS BY CODE (supplied by your ost).
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WILL BE
REPORTED TO HORRY COUNTY POLICE. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY HOA RULES MAY RESULT IN EVICTION.
Other things to note:
Minimum booking age is 25
If your stay includes the first Tuesday of the month, please note that our monthly pest control will need access to the unit. The visit lasts less than 5 mins. and begins shortly after 10:00 am.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys may be available for your use, however, not guaranteed . Most of these items are left in the unit by previous guests so inventory is unknown.
Beach chairs locked up near the beach showers and umbrellas set up on the beach each morning are NOT part of our rental unit.
About the Area
Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on the beach. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Alligator Adventure are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
