The Space:

This is my special condo. When I was renovating it, I was going through one of those phases where life felt pretty hard, but as I chiseled away at the old and ugly often feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I found tranquility and strength watching old Mother Ocean, with all her moods and shades of blue steadfastly keep on keeping on. That's a mouthful, but I think we all can relate to hard times and the need to take a deep breath. In short, this is my little place to reset and recharge and my guests have found the same with this space. It's comfortable, comforting & clean, it’s equipped with all the essentials making packing a snap, it’s walking distance to my favorite gems, and I appreciate that it's in a smaller resort with a relaxing vibe and doesn’t feel like an overstimulating amusement park. That's the backstory, now let’s dive into the details…



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The private bedroom features a cozy new king bed with a 12-inch plush bed and duvet, a intelligent TV with cable, dresser and closet. Linens are included.

There is a queen sleeper couch in the living room providing accommodations for up to four people. Please note the bedroom does not have a door and opens directly to the hallway that connects to the living room and kitchen.

For those traveling with a group, I also manage five other condos in this resort - I’d appreciate to host you all!



LIVING ROOM

The living room includes a queen sleeper couch, armchair, dining table with seating for four, and a 55-inch intelligent TV with cable. It has an open-concept living space combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling ocean vistas. It’s bright, cozy, and ideal for reading, relaxing, appreciating meals, or working remotely with an inspiring backdrop.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is completely equipped for real cooking and includes shaker cabinets, Quartz countertops, a refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker), stove, dishwasher, microwave, a drip/Keurig combo coffee maker with bowl filters supplied, toaster, mixing bowls, cooking silverware, quality pots and pans, dishes, and a cavernous peninsula with bar stools. There are multiple empty cabinets guests can use to store food and items from home keeping the space clutter complimentary. A starter supply of trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, and dish towels is included.



BATHROOM

The bathroom features a new double-sink vanity with Quartz countertop, tub and shower combination, commode, towels, hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries including soap, shampoo, and toilet tissue.



BALCONY

The oceanfront balcony is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a modest table. Appreciate energizing sunrise vistas, ocean breezes, the sound of waves, and frequent dolphin sightings. Because this is an end unit, you also get vibrant sunset colors from the southwest.



RESORT AMENITIES

Meridian Plaza offers indoor and outdoor heated pools, relaxing spas, a sun deck with new outdoor furnishings, and a roomy oceanfront lawn with tables, chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, dunes, and wide-open Atlantic vistas. Additional amenities include a multi-level parking garage, secure 24-hour building access, elevators, onsite laundry facilities, and a seasonal Beach Market for refreshments, souvenirs, and beach essentials.

PARKING

Free parking for one car is supplied in the parking garage directly across the street. Clearance is 6’11”. There is limited parking for upsized cars; however, feel complimentary to reach out to discuss alternative options if this is a concern. Motorcycles are welcome.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo, balcony, all resort amenities, the oceanfront lawn, elevators, and sundecks. The condo uses keyless entry. Access codes are supplied on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Main resort entrances are step-complimentary, although interior hallways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in the heart of Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do — and eat — within walking distance. Starbucks, Hot Tomatoes, SOHO, Tin Roof, Donald’s, Harry’s, Sea Captain’s House, bagel and ice cream stores and more are all just a few blocks away. The Convention Center, Boardwalk and SkyWheel (CCMF) are also within walking distance. We are about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport and two Tanger Outlet Malls.



Getting Around:

This area is ideal for guests who adore exploring on foot. There are tons of eateries, coffee stores, bars and trendy attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Convention Center and CCMF within walking distance of the resort. Uber, Lyft, and E-bicycles are widely available throughout Myrtle Beach. If you choose to bring a car, complimentary parking for one car is supplied.



Other Things to Note:

The City of Myrtle Beach is working on a storm water project through early 2026 to filter and reroute storm water away from the beach. This project is taking place in front of the resort next door to Meridian. We are very excited for this initiative; however, there are some growing pains associated with these improvements - i.e. construction and occasional noise (primarily on weekdays during the day).
