This ground-floor condo offers a cavernous and comfortable environment, ideal for family time, and is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the beach access in Surfside Beach. Appreciate the casual, family-friendly ambiance of Surfside Beach, with simple access to close by eateries and beach activities. The completely equipped eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room make this the ideal base for exploring the South Strand. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with premium cable, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two comfortable double beds, along with a separate shower room and a vanity/toilet room, accepting multiple family members to get ready simultaneously. Guest Access:

The entire home is yours along with convenient parking right in front of the front door. Entry is by a keypad lock and the code will be supplied 48 hours prior to check in. We are located inside of the Grand Palms at Deerfield Resort, but don't have access to the resort amenities. However, we are a fast ride to the Surfside Beaches at only 5 or so mins. by car.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional eateries and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the nighttime away with the whole family. Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are outfitted with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all supplied in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
